===Introduction===I have been including some Vega products in my daily supplements because I value supplements with natural ingredients and sweetened with stevia - this is important to me.Please note that if you purchase the stevia version, it is a much smaller container because the regular version is packed with sugar, which is the reasoning behind the size difference. You only require a little bit of stevia to equal the sweetening power of sugar, so it's about 1/4 the size.Now let's get started.===PROS===+Sharp energy boost for approximately 1 hour+Stevia version is offered which is a much healthier option+Ingredients are solid making this pre workout/energizer one of the healthiest around+Mixed instantly with no clumps===CONS===-Competitors offer pre workouts that last several hours (I love PreJym and use it as my primary pre workout)-Taste is okay and takes a while to get used to (less than half a shaker bottle of water to mix)===CONCLUSION===I take this product throughout the day before my work shift and when I am feeling tired for a sharp, clean boost. I tried taking this product in the gym however it was not as effective as my primary workout supplement PreJym which is phenomenal, therefore I keep the Vega energizer for off days and I have it with my morning coffee separately - it's great in that regard. I highly recommend the stevia version and would have not bought this if only the sugar version was available. All in all, good product.

This energizes me any time I'm working out.

This never fails to energize me before a workout, sometimes I actually use less than the recommended amount and feel the effects which can help me push through tough times at the gym after a long day already at work. The taste is completely fine and I enjoy drinking it. You have to watch out to not ever drop this on your clothes because I've stained a t shirt before trying to slam this before a work out. The only thing about this pre work out is it's kind of expensive, so hopefully they can lower the price and make it more accessible.

Excellent natural Pre-Workout love it !!

Excellent Pre-Workout !!! I love this pre-workout as it give you good energy and it is all from natural source. I bought this mainly for endurance mountain bike ride and I have to say that it has been helping me on long ride to have a good sustain energy level without the crash so I can keep going for a long time. The taste is good in the lemon lime version but some wont like it. It is a bit hard to mix but found that if your water is at room temperature it mix better. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a natural pre-workout with a nice natural boost of energy,,

I was hesitant about trying any pre workout cause of all the unknown substances, jitters and tingly skin. Wanted something natural and found this! It does exactly what it says, with no crash. I can pronounce most of the ingredients, and have peace of mind knowing I'm putting good stuff into my body. 4 stars cause I'm not a fan of the lemon lime flavor, will have to try the acai!

Excellent energizer

I am in love with this product. Ive tried a lot of energizers and supplements and this by far is my favorite. Gives lots of energy and increases heart rate when working out. Also doesn't give headaches or that crash feeling! Will def buy this again! I loved the lemon flavour.. although it is sour but it suits my tastebuds

Awesome product!

Really happy with this product. It gives me a good, clean level of energy without the highs and lows of convenience store energy drinks. I like the absence of artificial sweeteners and colours. I use it first thing in the morning for my exercise and notice that I can get through a workout without bonking or crashing. As a side benefit my joint pain that used to wake me up at night has disappeared. Great taste too!

Taste is as good as can be expected

As lots of the reviews say, doesn't mix well. You have to use shaker cup. Taste is as good as can be expected. It does give you a boost though.

Cars need gas as do people

We take this before every run and it replaces traditional sports drink and other fluids. Contains everything we need to push through to the last km and beyond.

Works great, but stains

Really great powder that gives you extra energy before working out. Only complaint is that the powder stains skin and clothes. Had to use gloves when putting my hand in the tub.

Vega is one of the best supplement brands out there

The product works as promised, however the lemony flavour sometimes can give indigestion if you haven't eaten enough.
